A Look around Shamu Villa...

Welcome to Shamu's Sanctuary, our single storey home located on the exclusive gated community of Sunset Lakes. The villa has a bright, fresh feel to it with lots of space for the whole family - or even two families vacationing together!

The spacious entrance hall leads you through to the main living area, which is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and family room with sliding door access to the pool and lanai.
The family room features luxurious leather sectional reclining sofa where you can relax and look out over the pool and across the lake.

The large screen TV has over 80 channels of Cable TV and a DVD player.

Our Games Room has a Pool Table, Air Hockey and a TV with Cable channels.
The kitchen has all the appliances, utensils and cutlery you would need, with a handy 'games cupboard' containing many board games, DVD's and Books to keep the family amused.

The dining area has a table and chairs which can seat six for formal dining or for a relaxed breakfast before hitting the attractions.

The master bedroom has a large King size bed with fantastic views over the lake and access out to the pool & hot tub.

This room also has a private en-suite with has twin basins, a deep Roman tub bath and a large separate shower.

The family suite has a central bathroom with bedrooms located either side, One with a large King size bed and the other with twin beds and a bright Dolphin theme - perfect for older children.
The fourth bedroom is a younger children's delight with Mickey Mouse themeing.
This room has twin beds and immediate access to the third bathroom.

Outside the villa overlooks Conservation land to the front, while to the rear there is a comfortable lanai / patio area with table, chairs and sun loungers.

The private swimming pool is larger than average at 26ft x 13ft and has beautiful views over the lake. Turtle, starfish and dolphin mosaics were added during a pool refurbishment along with multi coloured LED pool lighting. Swimming pool heating is also provided FREE of charge during the cooler months.

The perfect way to relax after a tiring day at the theme parks is to sink into the bubbling jaccuzi hot tub - the ultimate stress reliever!

All bedrooms have their own Cable TV with a DVD player.
All Bathrooms have Hairdryers
The laundry room has a large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer, along with an ironing board and iron.
All bedroom linen is provided along with towels for the bathrooms and the pool.
There is a monitored alarm and a safe offering extra security for your valuables.
